Clinton details abandoned CIA plan to capture Osama bin Laden prior to 9/11

Former President Bill Clinton has revealed that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) developed and ultimately abandoned a mission to capture Osama bin Laden prior to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks that killed 2,977 victims.
