Sanctuary judges are "on notice" after the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court formally reprimanded Judge Shelley Joseph for seemingly helping an illegal alien evade Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) General Counsel James Percival told Breitbart News.
