Zachary Levi is building a $100 million Texas film hub as Hollywood alternative

“Shazam!” star Zachary Levi left Los Angeles in 2017 and bought a 75-acre ranch outside Austin, Texas. Nearly nine years later, he is developing the property into Wyldwood Studios, a planned $100 million film and lifestyle campus. Levi says the project reflects his vision of a different entertainment industry, combining filmmaking with housing, education, wellness and community spaces.
