Official: Wealthy 'gaming' Mont. elk permit programs

"Big money" is taking advantage of Montana's hunting programs to secure coveted nonresident elk tags, the chairman of the Private Land/Public Wildlife Advisory Committee told an interim legislative panel on Tuesday.
