Rising number of South Korean beauticians providing illicit services in Hong Kong

Visiting beauticians from South Korea continue to offer illegal cosmetic procedures in Hong Kong, despite a warning issued by the country’s consulate earlier this year reminding them that working without a permit is a crime.
