Man charged with poaching after allegedly buying resident hunting licenses in 2 states, bull elk mount seized

A man has been charged with poaching after investigators discovered that he bought resident permits in both Utah and North Dakota, and as a result, the mounted bull elk from the incident was seized by law enforcement.
