Email shows Chuck Gray, no other state officials, knew DOJ would be monitoring primary

CHEYENNE — Email records show that Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray was the only state official to be notified in advance that federal agents would monitor voting in Cheyenne during the Aug. 18 primary.
