UP man stalks, stabs teen in neck after she rejects his advances; arrested

An Agra man was arrested after stabbing a nineteen-year-old woman. He attacked her on her way to work after she rejected his advances. The woman was rushed to a hospital for treatment of her wounds. Police apprehended the accused near the JCB Ground after receiving information. The sharp object used in the crime was reportedly thrown into a river.
