San Francisco’s long-delayed Candlestick Point redevelopment is finally moving forward nearly a decade after Candlestick Park was demolished. The $130 million first phase will fund roads, utilities and other infrastructure across the 270-acre site, paving the way for a massive mixed-use neighborhood featuring up to 7,200 homes, retail, offices, parks and community spaces.
