'Attacking without verifying not correct': HC to CJP leader on Gaurav Bhatia post

The Delhi High Court on Thursday asked the defendants in a defamation case filed by senior advocate and BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia whether they were willing to voluntarily take down the disputed social media posts, observing that there are different ways of protesting and that criticism should be expressed in a more articulate manner.
