Mixed-use development in Heber City pitches tax-sharing proposal worth $20M

The Ritchie Group would retain 80% of their property tax increment, 20% of their sales tax revenue and 20% of their room tax revenue to both Heber City and Wasatch County. They would retain 55% of their property tax increment to the Wasatch County School District.
