Human-eating plants, killer sharks and magical chicken soup hit Portland stages this fall

From a life-size elephant puppet in “Water for Elephants” to a human-eating plant in “Little Shop of Horrors,” Portland stages are bringing spectacle, comedy and heart this fall.
