Susan's chopping down her giant tree while she still can, ahead of rule change

A home owner in Perth’s south plans to cut down a “beast” of a tree, a 20-metre-tall Norfolk Pine, in order to beat the introduction of the council's policy to protect large trees amid a dwindling tree canopy.
