Déjà vu at BKC: Army man, a Modi fan, had breached PM security in 2023

A retired assistant commissioner recalled a past security incident involving an army man. He had allegedly used a tampered NSG identity card and fake pass. The army man's intention was reportedly to see the Prime Minister as a fan. A chargesheet was filed, and the trial is still pending. The army man and his wife later attended another event with a valid pass.
