Owners of landscaping company accuse Utah A.G.’s office of malicious prosecution, demand $1B in damages

The owners of a Bountiful landscaping company are suing former Attorney General Sean Reyes and the attorney general's office, accusing the office of engaging in a malicious prosecution on baseless charges of human trafficking. They are demanding more than $1 billion in damages.
