Western Fuels partners with Texas company to create low-sulfur carbon out of coal from Dry Fork Mine

Western Fuels and Frontieras North America, Inc., a Houston-based energy and technology company, entered into an agreement to develop a coal processing facility at the mouth of Dry Fork Mine to create value-added carbon products.
