Drone incident in Germany has ‘hallmarks of state-sponsored terrorism’, EU's Kallas says

Last month's incident involving an explosive-laden drone at Leipzig airport bears "all the hallmarks of state-sponsored terrorism," EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said Wednesday. Germany has blamed Russia for the "hybrid attack". The EU has summoned the Russian envoy, and member states were doing the same, Kallas said.
