Woman receives jail sentence for jewelry store theft in 2022

After being extradited from Madison, Wisconsin, three-plus months ago for her suspected theft of more than $5,000 worth of merchandise from Jerrick’s Fine Jewelry in Logan, Marioara Munteanu, 43, received a 270-day jail sentence on Dec. 10.
