MN lawmaker says ‘unbelievable’ assisted-living fraud scheme includes indicted figure still getting state pay

Minnesota lawmakers said in a Wednesday hearing that they have found even more fraud in the state in addition to an indicted fraudster continuing to receive taxpayer funds.
