Ex-LAPD officer indicted again on murder charge in 2015 killing of homeless man

A Los Angeles County grand jury has once again indicted former LAPD Officer Clifford Proctor in the 2015 killing of Brendon Glenn, who was unarmed and on the ground when Proctor shot him in the back while on duty. A judge threw out the charges against Proctor earlier this year.
