High wind warning for the valley today through afternoon until 5pm. Gusts to 55-60 mph hour with steadily dropping temps through the day from the upper 40s to the 30s by afternoon. Scattered rain and snow possible, mainly snow above 6000 feet. Wind hazards will make travel difficult this morning and heavy showers are possible
