IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI)- A slight risk for severe weather has shifted south into northern Utah. The strongest storms could bring isolated damaging wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph, along with hail around the size of quarters. A cold front moving through the Central Mountains is helping fuel showers and thunderstorms across the Snake
