Businesses see drop in customers amid dropping water levels at Pineview Reservoir

Due to a lackluster winter and an ongoing water pipeline replacement project, Pineview Reservoir’s water capacity is sitting at about 20 percent. As the water levels drop, businesses in the area are seeing their customer base drop as well.
