Rant and Rave: Reader impressed by efficient, effective pier staff

RAVE to the staff in the yellow jackets helping direct traffic at the Pier 62 cruise terminal this morning. The simultaneous pickups and drop-offs cause incredible congestion and the staff was amazing and had such a positive demeanor.
