A West Sussex widow transformed a £57,000 fly-tipped wasteland into a thriving mini-farm after losing her partner to cancer. Tara Dexter spent two years creating a property with pigs, chickens, peacocks and around 2,000 plants. But after losing a planning appeal, she has been ordered to dismantle key structures, putting her dream property at risk.
