As Canada readies retaliatory tariffs, Mark Carney says his nation is 'at war' with U.S.

The U.S. has now imposed 50% tariffs on $20 billion worth of Canadian products. Prime Minister Mark Carney says Canada will match those tariffs "dollar for dollar" starting Sept. 8.
