Utah lawmakers discuss environmental, economic, and tax impacts of data centers

Data centers were at the forefront of three legislative committees' discussions during an interim legislative session on Wednesday. These committees discussed everything from impacts on water rights and wildlife to tax incentives to data center policy and best practices.
