Family of L.A. man killed by ICE agent calls for grand jury investigation into shooting

The family of Keith Porter Jr., who was shot and killed by an off-duty ICE agent on New Year's Eve, called on Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. Nathan Hochman to put the case before a grand jury.
