Utah Supreme Court considers Heber Valley Temple appeal

The state’s highest court is now taking the case of the Heber Valley Utah Temple under advisement. Monday, the Utah Supreme Court heard oral arguments from attorneys about the order that stalls construction by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the Heber City temple.
