Tracking gusty storms by midday then a break for the afternoon

With more moisture from the south and west, we've got a continued chance of gusty storms today at about 60%.  With clouds and storm chances into midday, we'll only get to the lowers 70's, but some sunshine could make it into the valley by afternoon.  Flash flood watch remains in effect for central Snake River
