Idaho is one of only two states left in the U.S. without a cat cafe. Shannon Fox and her fiancé are taking the leap of faith and entrepreneur journey of building "Caturdays208" from scratch: a "two spaces, one roof" business that's half cafe, half lounge with adoptable cats.
