South Dakota fugitive arrested in Logan for theft and illegal substance possession

Jayden O’Neal, 19, was arrested in Logan for driving a stolen vehicle from his South Dakota employer. Upon the arrest, the officer noted he discovered the teenager was in possession of alcohol and nicotine.
