Man arrested for abusing minor at Cache County Fair

Ryan Howard Shaw, 36, was arrested Thursday for allegedly harassing and inappropriately touching a minor at the Cache County Fairgrounds, resulting in charges of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony, and aggravated kidnapping while committing unlawful detention, a third-degree felony.
