若者に人気の写真加工アプリ「SNOW」の運営会社が、インフルエンサーに依頼してSNSでPR表記をせずにアプリの宣伝をしていたことはステルスマーケティングにあたるとして、消費者庁が再発防止などを命じる措置命令を出しました。
