Pakistan’s Olympic javelin champion Arshad Nadeem blamed Glasgow’s cold weather for his ninth-place Commonwealth Games finish, saying it stiffened his body and affected his run-up. Despite the setback, he urged fans not to lose faith and promised a strong comeback. Nadeem’s next challenge is the Lausanne Diamond League on August 21, where he will face Neeraj Chopra.
