Food Expo vendors hoping for tasty profits with caviar sake gelato, other new products

Some vendors at Hong Kong’s coming Food Expo have said they expect brisker sales and higher foot traffic compared with last year, citing better weather, discounts and creative products such as caviar sake gelato.
The five-day expo is among five trade fairs that will open next Thursday, with more than 1,850 exhibitors in total from over 30 countries and regions taking part, according to organiser the Trade Development Council.
