West Bountiful landscaping company asks court to put alleged trafficking victims under oath

A West Bountiful landscaping company, Rubicon Contracting LLC, filed a motion Tuesday to preserve the testimony of 18 workers previously identified by the state as human-trafficking victims. The filing seeks to put the workers under oath before their immigration status expires and they can no longer be subpoenaed.
