Man arrested on suspicion of arson in 1 of 3 wildfires torching Washington’s Spokane area

Authorities arrested Aaron F. Farinacci, a Spokane resident charged with first-degree arson, in connection with the Old Trails Fire which has helped consume more than 10,000 acres and destroy hundreds of homes in eastern Washington.
