Morocco blames social media, human traffickers for Spain migrant rush

Morocco's Interior Ministry says at least 11 people died, most by drowning, while trying to cross the border into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, in a rush of about 40,000 people blamed by the government on social media misinformation and human trafficking networks.
