Ohio Rep Marcy Kaptur hospitalized after hit-and-run crash on way to church

Rep. Marcy Kaptur was hospitalized after a hit-and-run car crash near Toledo, Ohio, while traveling to church Sunday morning. Her office said she suffered injuries that are not life-threatening.
