Opinion: Data center moratorium will help grow our economy — in line with our values

A moratorium adopted by the Hillsboro City Council last week will give city leaders time to amend city code to ensure that data center development occurs in line with the community’s needs and values, writes Hillsboro City Council President Rob Harris.
