At least three killed in 'terrorist' bombing of Moscow restaurant, Russian officials say

At least three people have been killed and 21 wounded after a homemade explosive device was detonated at a restaurant in Moscow, Russian officials said late Saturday. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin called the attack a “brutal terrorist act” but did not say who he thought was responsible.
