Spain installs floating barrier in Ceuta after migration influx

Spanish authorities said Saturday they were installing a floating barrier on the sea border between its North African territory of Ceuta and neighbouring Morocco after a deadly surge of tens of thousands of migrants into the territory earlier in the week prompted alarm across the European Union.
