事件の捜査で取り調べた女性と不適切な関係を持ち金品を受け取るなどしたとして、東京地検特捜部に在籍していた男性検事が懲戒免職となったことについて、平口法務大臣は極めて遺憾だとしたうえで検察が危機感を持って再発防止に取り組むと説明しました。
