Victims’ Rights Committee finds no violations by the Wasatch County agencies in road rage shooting case

The Fourth District Victims’ Rights Committee determined Monday that the Wasatch County Attorney’s Office and the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office did not violate victims’ rights during the investigation into Greg DeBoer, who shot and killed Patrick Hayes in September 2024.
