Chinese military shipped coronavirus vials to U.S. more than a year before pandemic

A Chinese military scientist covertly sent vials of a coronavirus to a Minnesota laboratory in 2018 -- highlighting People's Liberation Army work on viruses similar to the one that caused the COVID-19 pandemic a year later, according to declassified documents released by a Senate committee.
