Tornado that carved a path of destruction in Wisconsin stayed on the ground for more than 20 minutes

The National Weather Service says preliminary data show the destructive tornado that hit northeastern Wisconsin tore a 12-mile path of destruction and was on the ground for more than 20 minutes.
