After 40 years on bail, Allahabad HC orders 82-year-old murder convict to jail

An 82-year-old man must return to prison to complete his life sentence. The Allahabad High Court upheld his 1984 murder conviction after nearly four decades. The court found no grounds to overturn the trial court's original judgment. Babu Lal was convicted for attacking his brother with a digging tool. He will now surrender to complete his remaining sentence.
