去年、全面施行された「スマホ法」に基づき、グーグルとアップルが公正取引委員会に提出した報告書が公表されました。この中で2社は、アプリ事業者に対し、手数料を引き下げたり、自由なプロモーション活動を認めたりする方針を明示しました。
