松橋事件 国と県の責任いずれも認め 賠償命じる判決 福岡高裁

41年前、熊本県で男性が殺害されたいわゆる「松橋事件」で、服役後に再審＝やり直しの裁判で無罪が確定した男性の遺族が国と県に賠償を求めていた裁判で、福岡高等裁判所は、国と県の責任をいずれも認め、賠償を命じる判決を言い渡しました。
